Construction of a ground-up 75,578 SF pre-engineered metal building and sitework for a flooring retail center. The building will include showroom, warehouse space, offices, loading area and 5,578 SF second level. Work will include site work, concrete, masonry, metals, woods & plastics, thermal & moisture protection, opening, finishes, specialties, PEMB, fire suppression, MEP, electronic safety
& security, exterior improvements and utilities.
