Interior tenant finish out of a 3,726 SF future Shake Shack. This is the final set of plans for the 75% set sent out for pricing in February. Trades include but are not limited to: Epoxy, Concrete Polishing, Doors, Gyp Board & Metal Framing, Tiling, Paint, Restroom Accessories, Blinds, Roof Penetration, FRP, ACT, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, etc.
