It is my understanding that I am responsible for all plans in my possession and that I will be responsible for the cost due to any damage, loss, or mishandling. 2.I understand that I am not allowed to mark on plans or specs. 3.I am responsible for returning plans intact and in order on the due date and time. A late fee may be applicable. 4.I understand that all membership dues must be paid on the scheduled date and that a late payment is subject to additional fees. Our payment terms are NET 30 Days. 5. We do not accept partial payments on Membership Rates. 6.As a member, I will respect all Planlt Room property. 7. I understand that I will respect the privacy of other members and will refrain from disruptive conversation and behavior in the Plan Room. This includes taking cell phone calls. 8.The Planlt Room Construction Information News is for informational purposes only. I am responsible for reviewing all addendums, specifications, plans and documents for detailed information. 9.Payments will NOT be divided nor discounted. TPR Billing Terms are Net 30 Days. 10.Members who cancel with a Past Due Balance must pay that balance regardless of Company Name change prior to rejoining. *Any infraction of the above listed policies will be subject to financial liabilities as stated and/or termination of contract.
