Meet Cecy Hernandez
Bringing you the latest construction information since 2008.
In 2008, Cecy Hernandez started The PlanIt Room with the goal of assisting area contractors to connect easily and accurately with construction project information. Cecy understands that as a contractor in the El Paso area, you serve a dual-state community and that you need the most up-to-date information. With that in mind, she established a professional plan room for reviewing plans, as well as providing access access to projects bidding in the areas of West Texas, New Mexico, Ft. Bliss and all area military installations.
